Welding

The Pavić Company is a family business that was created from a craft shop founded in 1980. The Company has three halls and warehouse space with a total area of 3,000 square meters that are owned by the company.

With the gas welding process, an inseparable bond is created by applying the heat generated by the combustion of fuel gas, whereby only the basic material, or the basic and additional material, melts.

The TIG welding process is a type of electric arc welding in which an electric arc burns between a tungsten electrode, which does not melt, and the base material, which melts. Additional material is added from the side at an angle of 15 to 20 degrees in relation to the base material. The shielding gas can be argon or helium. Argon is used more because it is cheaper and has a higher specific gravity than helium.
LIGHTING THE ARC in argon is easy and it is customary to light it with a high frequency current without the tip of the needle touching the material.
